1. Who We Are

Poshbox Fan Club is a prize competition platform designed for UK-based sports fans. Our aim is to give fans the chance to win tickets and experiences through clear, fan-first competitions.

The competition site is not available and this site is part of our pre-launch marketing campaign designed to help us to achieve critical mass and larger jackpots from the launch. Entries are not on sale through this website.

2. Eligibility

• You must be a UK resident.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must be legally allowed to enter prize competitions under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• We will ask for proof of age and identity before awarding any prize and anyone found to be under 18 will forfeit any prizes or points won.
• Employees and Directors of the company are not allowed to participate.

3. Prize Competitions

• Poshbox Fan Club will run prize competitions tied to specific football matches with the time of the goals scored in that match being used to determine the winning tickets.
• The details of each competition, including how to enter, closing dates and prize descriptions, will be clearly explained on the competition page.
• A free entry route will be available and will be given equal prominence to paid entry routes.

4. Entries and Packages

• When the platform launches, you will be able to buy entry packages in a range of values (e.g. between £5 and £50) with discounts given to larger purchases and subscriptions.
• Each package will provide a set number of entries into competitions, as described on the purchase page.
• Launch list members will be eligible for a one-time promotion offering 25% more entries on their first qualifying purchase, subject to any promotion-specific terms at launch.
• Each entry can be used independently from any other entries purchased at the same time.
• Credit card purchases are limited to £250 per month.

5. Winners and Prizes

• Numbers are randomly selected from 1–92 and assigned to each Entry prior to the kickoff of the specified football match. The numbers on the ticket represent minutes of a football match from 1–90 with 91 and 92 representing 1st and 2nd half stoppage time goals.
• If a goal is scored on the same minute as any of the numbers on your Entry then you are in line to win a prize, with larger prizes available for matching 2, 3 or 4 numbers.
• Matching 4 numbers unlocks the Jackpot, which is shared amongst all winning jackpot entries from that competition.
• The size of any prize will depend on the number of paid entries into a competition, the number of goals scored and the number of winning entries.
• All prizes are paid in Points, which can be redeemed for match day tickets and experiences. Points cannot be exchanged directly for cash.
• If you win, you will be contacted using the email address or contact details associated with your account and the Points will automatically be allocated to your registered account.

6. Fair Play and Abuse

• We reserve the right to void entries or exclude users who attempt to cheat, abuse the system, or break these terms.
• Any suspected fraud or misuse may result in account suspension or closure.

7. Website Use

• You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with other users' experience.
• Content on the site is for personal, non-commercial use unless we give you written permission.

8. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
• If we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and may notify users via email or an on-site notice.
• A full new set of Terms will be made available when Entries are available for purchase.
